Victims and Survivors: Finding Your Way Through Court Proceedings in Georgia Death Penalty Cases.
This 80 page handbook explains, in everyday language, the judicial process in capital cases — its behavior, its language, and the ways that survivors and victims can participate in it. By explaining the judicial process in such cases, the handbook can help reduce the confusion, anxiety, and frustration that can result from interaction with the criminal justice system.
